Can’t Survive on $53k a Week?
This woman claims that she cannot. No, it’s not a joke, just laughable.
Her weekly expenses that she submitted to court include:
- Maintaining a Park Avenue apartment and three residences in Sweden
- $700 for a limousine service
- $4,500 for clothes
- $1,000 for hair and skin treatments
- $1,500 for restaurants and entertainment
- and $8,000 for travel
Now, I’m not going to get on a soak box about all the unemployed and homeless and people going hungry in this economy, but believe me, I wanted to.
I just think it’s so ever the top, ridiculous and sad that this woman’s perspective of what she needs is so skewed…it’s just well, almost, laughable.

At first I thought you wrote $53 per week and I thought-you know, for a while, I could probably do that if I stuck very closely to a plan.
$53K?!?! Seriously over the top.
